Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and requirement discovery sessions. Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive analysis activities. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development. Excellent communication skills in English and French (mandatory). Strong experience gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business and functional requirements. Proven ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
