Talent 360 is hiring a (Senior Mechanical Tendering Technical Office Engineer) to join our team. This is a full-time job opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment. About the Role As a (Senior Mechanical Tendering Technical Office Engineer) at Talent 360 , you will be responsible to support both the tendering phase and the technical office functions for our building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and cost estimation, with a solid background in preparing and managing tenders within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review technical and financial proposals for tenders, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with client requirements. Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical data. Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting). Develop value engineering solutions to optimize project cost and efficiency. Design, review, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Ensure mechanical works are executed in accordance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other disciplines to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into project designs. Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications. Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of mechanical work. Support procurement activities by reviewing material and equipment specifications. Prepare project documentation including progress reports, as-built drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals. Participate in technical meetings and client discussions during both tendering and execution phases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction or contracting industry, with a focus on tendering and technical office roles. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and implementation, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting. Proven experience in tendering, cost estimation, and proposal preparation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other mechanical design tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
