Ecolab is searching for   a driven   Senior   Marketing Visual Designer   within our   Marketing   Services   division   in   Pune, India .   This role is responsible for translating marketing objectives into compelling visual designs and experiences across print and digital channels. As a   member of the Creative Services team , you will use design principles, technologies, and techniques to create engaging visual concepts , ensure brand consistency and deliver high-impact visual solutions   for print and digital   channels that elevate storytelling and drive business outcomes . You will collaborate   cross-functionally with BU/Divisional Marcomm, Brand and digital teams   to   create engaging , client-centric   design   solutions that convey a compelling visual story   while contributing to Marketing Services process excellence and continuous improvement. What You Will Do: • Brand Design Execution – Create visual design and brand materials aligned with the overall design strategy and creative brief and iterate with stakeholders. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables within Services SLAs and timelines. • Transform complex ideas into clear, compelling visual designs that support marketing, product, and internal communication goals. • Present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders clearly, incorporate feedback   effectively   and proactively flag risks. • Build strong partnerships with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams. • UI/UX Design Principles – Apply design principles to produce a variety of engaging creative assets (e.g., graphics, brochures, etc.) for   print and   digital platforms. • Digital Content Creation – Manipulate and retouch images and digital content using software programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) to enhance visual appeal and effectively communicate messages. • Cross-channel Collaboration -   Work closely with   marketing ,   product ,   creative , and   cross ‑ functional teams   to understand   requirements , present   concepts ,   align on direction   and incorporate   feedback   effectively. • Conduct   Quality control   checks for projects from junior designers, enhance   visual   design quality, and proactively   flag   creative or technical   risks   that may impact output. • Process Improvement – Identify   opportunities to enhance creative workflows,   design process improvement , efficiency and quality standards. • May provide work direction to department employees. Takes a lead role in training new associates . • Support   knowledge management  activities by identifying and updating knowledge as requested and required. • Contribute   continuous improvement   efforts by identifying opportunities and implementing changes to enhance processes. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s   degree in design , Visual Communications or related field • 8-10   years   of professional   experience   in visual design and/or creative services • Strong portfolio of design content showcasing your skills and experience . • Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics, visually appealing content , attention to details   and thinking out of the box. • Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, storyboarding, and animation • Outgoing, positive outlooks and team oriented • Excellent time and self-management and communication skills • Professional working proficiency in English • Technical expertise in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator , InDesign, Premier   Pro ) • Microsoft Office   / PowerPoint presentation design   and other collaborative design tools,   SiteCore   (CMS) , Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform etc. • Knowledge of UI/UX tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD) Skills: Functional Skills: • Color Theory • Content Design • Illustration Design • Motion Graphics Design • Storyboards & Wireframes • Typography • User Interface (UI) Design Core GBS Skills: • Detail-oriented. • Creative   Problem solving   & critical thinking • Time management • Customer   centric mindset • Continuous improvement   orientation • Adaptability   and learning agility • Cultural awareness • Enterprise technologies • Data structures A trusted partner for millions of customers, Ecolab is a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
