Define control, verification, and sampling plans to ensure part quality meets requirements in both development and on-going production. Define and track key quality metrics; drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes. Advocate for quality in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Build the quality organization as the company scales. Drive field investigations and customer-facing quality responses. What You'll Bring (Qualifications): 5+ years of quality engineering experience, ideally in battery, EV, power electronics, or adjacent hardware manufacturing. Hands-on experience running or contributing to PFMEA processes, with strong working knowledge of RPN prioritization and risk mitigation strategies. Experience establishing quality systems in an early-stage or resource-constrained environment. Familiarity with battery-specific failure modes (cell-level, pack-level, thermal, BMS-related). Working knowledge of IQC processes and supplier quality management. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority and navigate tradeoffs between quality and speed. Eligible to work in the U.S.   Preferred Qualifications: Experience shipping a product from prototype phase through to customer deployment.
