You should have: - Strong experience programming and machining complex CNC parts - Experience with multi-axis machining - Deep understanding of tooling, fixturing, and machining strategy - Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T - Experience taking new parts from prototype into production - Confidence troubleshooting difficult machining and programming issues - CAM software experience (Hypermill or ESPRIT is a plus) Whether your experience came through the shop floor, an apprenticeship, military service, trade school, or engineering, we value people who can do the work. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments. - Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout the facility. - Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds (team lifts when appropriate). - Ability to use computers, CNC equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments. - Visual ability to read technical drawings, inspect machined parts, and use precision measurement equipment. - Ability to wear required PPE and safely work around industrial machinery and equipment. - Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers.
