WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop CNC programs and machining strategies for complex components
- Select tooling, fixturing, and workholding for new jobs
- Lead machine prove-outs and solve difficult machining challenges
- Improve cycle times, quality, and process consistency
- Create clear setup documentation that operators can rely on
- Work alongside machinists, programmers, engineers, and customers to bring new parts into production
- Mentor programmers and machinists while helping raise the technical capability of the team
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the shop

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're more interested in what you've done than where you went to school.
You should have:
- Strong experience programming and machining complex CNC parts
- Experience with multi-axis machining
- Deep understanding of tooling, fixturing, and machining strategy
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
- Experience taking new parts from prototype into production
- Confidence troubleshooting difficult machining and programming issues
- CAM software experience (Hypermill or ESPRIT is a plus)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout the facility.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds (team lifts when appropriate).
- Ability to use computers, CNC equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Visual ability to read technical drawings, inspect machined parts, and use precision measurement equipment.
- Ability to wear required PPE and safely work around industrial machinery and equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers.
