With an abundance of increasing and interesting workflow, this role is ideal for someone looking to further progress in this niche area of law. ________________________________________ What you’ll do In this role, you’ll: Support your Corporate Team colleagues with pensions due diligence work relating to share and business acquisitions and advising on and negotiating pension warranties, indemnities, and disclosure, typically working on behalf of the purchaser Provide pensions advice on standalone matters such as scheme mergers, Pensions Regulator issues, benefit changes, windings up, as well as pensions scheme documentation. Engage and support junior lawyers and trainees in your work, delegating and supervising tasks to ensure that work is done at the right level whilst allowing you to focus on more complex matters Be the Employment Team pensions lead and have the unique opportunity to develop and build the firm's pension offering, including training and supervising the current team.
