Your tasks. • Lead and manage tax compliance activities across multiple countries in Europe & North Africa • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Tax CMS • Define, standardize and monitor tax policies, processes and internal controls • Calculation and preparation of specifically but not limited to the German tax packages in accordance with group and local requirements • Oversee tax reporting processes and ensure compliance with group and local requirements • Manage and monitor the Effective Tax Rate (ETR) and related KPIs • Support and coordinate tax audits • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements across the region • Develop and support a team of tax professionals • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization • Collaborate with stakeholders in a complex international matrix structure Your profile. • Professional qualification as a German Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) or holding an equivalent tax qualification • 7–10 years of professional experience in Tax / Tax Compliance • Experience in international group environments is essential • Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance, Tax CMS and reporting frameworks • Proven experience with tax audits and cross-border tax matters • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
