The Role This is a high-impact, hands-on management position. As Senior Manager: Talent, you will be responsible for our global hiring strategy. You will lead and develop a lean talent acquisition team, partner closely with senior stakeholders across every market, and roll up your sleeves on priority roles. You will be the single point of accountability for talent quality, process excellence, and recruiter performance worldwide. This is not a 'manage from distance' role. We want a builder who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and cares deeply about both the candidate and the hiring manager experience. What You'll Be Responsible For Global Hiring Strategy & Delivery Lead and coordinate hiring activities across our global markets, supporting both growth hiring and replacement roles across India, the UK, Singapore, Dubai, France, Slovenia, and any future locations. Work closely with the Head of HR and business leaders to maintain a clear hiring roadmap aligned with company priorities and objectives. Personally manage critical, senior, and business-critical hires, taking ownership of sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer delivery. Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rates, hiring velocity, and recruitment costs, helping us continuously improve our hiring effectiveness. Stakeholder Partnership Build strong and trusted relationships with managers and leaders across the business. Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into clear hiring plans and realistic recruitment timelines. Provide guidance on role design, levelling, and candidate expectations to help teams make informed hiring decisions. Share market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent trends to support workforce planning and hiring strategies. Team Leadership & Vendor Management Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, search firms, and specialist consultants as and when required. Ensure partners deliver against agreed expectations, timelines, and quality standards. Help foster a team culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and a genuine focus on candidate experience Process, Systems & Candidate Experience Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial role briefing through to offer management and pre-boarding, ensuring a consistent experience across all regions. Maintain high standards of ATS and recruitment system management, ensuring accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, and process compliance. Promote structured interviewing and fair assessment practices to support consistent and objective hiring decisions. Continuously review, improve, and document recruitment processes so that the function can scale effectively and operate efficiently. Ensure every candidate, whether regardless of outcome, has a professional, respectful, and positive experience that reflects our values and employer brand. What We Are Looking For Essential 6+ years of progressive in-house talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years leading a TA function or team. Demonstrable track record in a scale-up or high-growth environment; meaning you know how to build as you fly. Direct hiring experience across multiple geographies, ideally including at least two of: India, UK, Singapore, UAE, or Europe. Strong personal sourcing skills, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, an
