Description
Corporate Strategy & Mandate Lead assigned workstreams supporting corporate strategy refresh, including mandate clarity, strategic objectives, services portfolio themes, and revenue levers where applicable. Translate national and shareholder priorities into clear options, trade-offs, and sequencing recommendations for Strategy leadership. Develop workstream-level contributions to multi-year strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment between ambition, capacity, funding, and delivery readiness. Execution & Performance Governance Lead delivery of planning and reporting inputs for assigned areas, ensuring timely consolidation and quality of submissions. Support KPI architecture for assigned domains by defining measures, ownership, baselines/targets, and governance notes. Produce performance deep dives and exception summaries with evidence-based recommendations and corrective actions. Track strategic initiatives/programs for assigned areas, managing dependencies and escalating decisively where delivery is at risk. Operating Model & Institutional Maturity Develop and improve operating model outputs for assigned areas, including decision rights, governance forums, approval pathways, cross-functional interfaces, and process documentation. Identify execution bottlenecks and propose pragmatic improvements to governance discipline, templates, and cross-functional workflows. Embed Strategy standards and methodologies across workstream outputs through quality assurance and documentation governance. Executive, Board & Stakeholder Engagement Lead preparation of committee materials for assigned topics, including decision memos, performance deep dives, and risk assessments. Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and secure decisions. Coordinate with relevant government entities, regulators, and ecosystem stakeholders as directed to support alignment and coordinated delivery. People & Team Leadership May have 0–2 direct reports depending on structure; lead assigned resources through clear expectations, quality reviews, and coaching. Contribute to capability building through mentoring and embedding consistent ways of working across the team. Govern external consultants/advisors on assigned engagements, ensuring quality assurance and knowledge transfer. Risk, Opportunity & Value Realization Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities within assigned workstreams and support mitigation actions with clear ownership and timelines. Track progress toward outcomes/value for assigned initiatives and ensure leadership visibility on impact and required interventions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in strategy, enterprise transformation, performance management, or management consulting, ideally within large-scale, multi-stakeholder or public-sector environments. Demonstrated track record delivering executive-ready materials and leading cross-functional workstreams. GCC / KSA public-sector exposure preferred.
