Summary The Senior Manager, Social Media Marketing will lead organic social strategy and execution across the Watches of Switzerland Group portfolio, driving brand storytelling and commercial objectives. This hands-on leader will oversee multi-brand social accounts, partner cross-functionally, and translate product launches, events, and partnerships into compelling content. The role requires strategic vision, strong editorial judgment, and experience connecting social performance to business outcomes. Responsibilities • Develop and execute organic social media strategy for multiple brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. • Directly oversee content, calendars, and day-to-day account management for Watches of Switzerland, Mayors, and Betteridge. • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to plan campaigns, produce assets, and support events, launches, and partnerships. • Manage influencer and creator relationships, production workflows, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. • Monitor social performance, analyze insights, and translate data into optimizations that drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition. Requirements • 5 years minimum experience in social media, digital content, editorial, or integrated brand marketing, preferably in luxury, watches, jewelry, or retail. • Proficiency with social management platforms (e.g., Emplifi, Dash Hudson, Sprout Social) and strong analytics skills. • Demonstrated experience managing multi-brand content calendars and campaign planning. • Excellent writing, editing, briefing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Luxury brand sensibility, visual storytelling expertise, and experience leading creative production. • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, and calm execution in a fast-paced environment.
