The Senior Manager, Social Media is the senior lead of Hard Rock Bet's organic social program, setting and owning social strategy across all HRB channels. This role leads and develops a team of Social Media Managers and Coordinators, guiding them from strategy and content creation through community building and performance measurement. With a strong focus on expanding Hard Rock Bet's online reach and engagement, this role builds scalable programs that contribute to acquisition, retention, and revenue generation, mitigates reputational risk, and delivers a best-in-class social presence whose business impact is unmistakable. The ideal candidate pairs sharp creative instincts with a data-obsessed mindset, proven experience leading and developing a social team in fast-moving, highly regulated industries, and a passion for igaming and sports betting. They should be prepared to adapt and learn as social platforms, algorithms, and audience behaviors rapidly evolve. Key Responsibilities Organic Social Strategy & Roadmap: Set and own a comprehensive, multi-platform organic social-media strategy across all HRB channels that advances Hard Rock Bet’s brand identity and commercial objectives for both casino and sportsbook products. Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Social Media Managers and Coordinators, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and building a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven iteration. Measurement & Business Impact: Own a robust measurement framework, including leading/lagging KPIs, attribution models, and ROI dashboards, that connects social efforts to customer growth, engagement, and revenue; present insights and recommendations to the VP, Brand Marketing and senior leadership. Content Development & Optimization: Guide the team's end-to-end authentic content creation (short-form video, memes, long-form storytelling, sports highlights, etc.), across online casino and sports betting, ensuring every asset embodies our brand ethos, and drive experimentation and data-driven creative iteration. Community Management & Engagement: Establish best practices for real-time engagement, customer care, and reputation management, fostering authentic relationships with bettors and players while upholding responsible-gaming standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand, Integrated Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content, Creative, PR, Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure social initiatives support broader company objectives and regulatory requirements. Budget & Vendor Oversight: Manage the organic social-media budget, allocating resources across channels, tools, agencies, and talent for maximum efficiency and business impact. Platform & Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of platform updates, emerging channels, sports-betting moments, and cultural trends, ensuring Hard Rock Bet remains an innovator in social storytelling and fan engagement.
