Each Cluster is aligned to a defined set of customer portfolios and geographic regions, giving the PM Lead full end-to-end accountability for delivery, financial performance, and team execution within that scope. Reporting to the VP, Center of Excellence, the PM Lead directly manages a team of Project Managers and serves as the primary point of accountability to customers and internal stakeholders for every project within the Cluster. Where capacity or complexity demands, the PM Lead also steps in to run projects directly as a Project Manager.
