Identify and implement AI-powered marketing solutions, including AI content, automation, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies. Build strategic partnerships with merchants, agencies and business partners to develop acquisition, spending and engagement campaigns. Plan and manage online and offline events, brand activations and customer engagement programmes to strengthen brand awareness and business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning, campaign execution and customer experience. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth. Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
