About the role As a (Senior) Manager, you help clients improve the way they design, organize and run their supply chains, with a clear focus on logistics. You bring clarity to complex problems, guide teams through change, and make sure transformation projects move forward in a structured and aligned way. You’re also able to manage and grow existing commercial engagements in life science companies.   In this role you will:  Lead logistics transformation projects or defined project streams, from strategy to implementation.  Shape and coordinate the project plan, approach, and team setup for the defined project/program scope  Design and redesign logistics processes, systems, tools, and ways of working, grounded in a strong understanding of the client’s business and operational context.  In close co-creation with the client, prepare and facilitate workshops to identify needs, challenges, and operating model changes across logistics and the broader supply chain.  Manage complexity by structuring analyses, identifying risks and dependencies early, and supporting well-informed decision-making in dynamic project environments.  Act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for senior operational and functional client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and momentum throughout the project.  Coach and guide consultants and senior consultants, fostering collaboration, psychological safety, and strong delivery performance within project teams.  Ensure project deliverables are clear, well structured, and meaningful for decision makers.  Manage and grow existing commercial engagements, identifying new opportunities in order to shape and drive proposals  Travel regularly to client sites to support project delivery, workshops, and implementation activities.  #LI-AH1  About you You bring at least 8 years of relevant (project) experience within the life sciences sector, giving you a deep and detailed understanding of the unique challenges and complexities in these supply chains — across both clinical and commercial environments — with a clear focus on logistics, demonstrating expertise in warehousing, transportation, and distribution.   You possess up to date knowledge of the most relevant tools and systems used in logistics (ERP, WMS, TMS, and network design solutions).  You are a hands‑on leader who brings structure and clarity to complex, fast‑moving environments, translating ambiguity into clear priorities and next steps.  You have a natural appetite for commercially focused activities and can demonstrate experience in leading and further developing commercial relationships (focus on our current major lifescience customers), taking charge of account management and business development where required   You communicate confidently and effectively with different audiences, including senior operational stakeholders, and are able to structure and convey ideas in a clear and convincing way.  You have a solid track record of leading teams, projects and programs at different lifescience companies/customers  You have experience guiding and coaching team members in project settings and enjoy supporting others in their development through constructive, day‑to‑day leadership.  You are curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve how teams collaborate, deliver projects, and create impact for clients.  You hold a Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or a related field, combined with a strong foundation in supply chain and logistics.  You identify with and are ready to represent our company values: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast, and be kind.  You are willing to travel internationally and work in a hybrid model.  You have a valid driver’s license, or plan to obtain one within the next six months.  Why join us?
