Cafico International is an independent provider of fund administration, registrar and transfer agency and corporate and domiciliation services with offices in Luxembourg, Dublin and London. We support a diverse range of alternative investment structures, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate funds and securitisation vehicles. We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations and Transfer Agency professional to lead the delivery and development of our Luxembourg offering. Role Overview The successful candidate will take a leading role in the delivery of investor relations and registrar and transfer agency services for a portfolio of Luxembourg domiciled investment funds and related structures. This is a hands-on role requiring an individual who is comfortable both managing client relationships and personally executing operational activities. The successful candidate will be expected to manage all aspects of the investor onboarding process, including the performance of initial and ongoing AML/KYC checks, in addition to capital activity processing, investor reporting and ongoing investor servicing, while also contributing to the development, oversight and enhancement of registrar and transfer agency processes and controls. The role combines investor servicing, registrar and transfer agency operations, AML/KYC  regulatory compliance and client relationship management. The successful candidate will act as a senior point of contact for fund managers, investors, AIFMs, auditors, depositaries and other service providers, while working closely with the wider fund administration team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality and responsive service. Key Responsibilities Investor Relations Act as primary relationship manager for investors across a portfolio of funds. Manage investor onboarding processes and ongoing investor lifecycle events. Coordinate responses to investor enquiries and due diligence requests. Oversee investor communications including capital call notices, distribution notices, contract notes, statements and investor reporting. Coordinate investor reporting through eFront’s Investment Café and other reporting platforms, as required. Maintain and provide complete and accurate investor data and supporting documentation required by the responsible reporting function for FATCA, CRS and other applicable investor tax reporting.       Registrar and Transfer Agency  Maintain investor, shareholder and partner registers. Manage subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, commitments, capital calls and distributions. Ensure all investor transaction activity is processed accurately and within agreed deadlines. Review reconciliations and operational controls across the registrar and transfer agency function. Ensure complete and accurate maintenance of investor records and transaction history.     AML / KYC Regulatory Compliance Take responsibility for the initial onboarding and ongoing customer due diligence requirements for investors in accordance with the policies, controls and procedures of Cafico International;.   Perform and oversee initial and ongoing investor due diligence in accordance with applicable Luxembourg AML/CFT requirements and Cafico’s policies, controls and procedures, including identification and verification of investors, beneficial owners and controlling persons; assessment of source of funds and source of wealth, where applicable; investor risk classification; enhanced due diligence for higher-risk relationships; and ongoing monitoring of investor relationships.
