[What the role is] The Health Promotion Board’s vision is to make Singapore a nation of healthier people. You will be a part of HPB’s Integrated Outreach Department, under the Integrated Outreach West Division, which strives to advance health promotion efforts at the community and workplaces to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager/Senior Manager to play a key role in the development and operationalisation of a strategy to drive adoption of healthier behaviours in the workplace setting. [What you will be working on] As a member of Integrated Outreach team overseeing Workplace Outreach, you will: Support the development of HPB’s new strategy to engage and partner companies to support worker health; Oversee the procurement of Project Manager services to implement HPB’s new strategy at scale; Support the planning and development of operational workflows for HPB to work with appointed Project Managers; Work with HPB’s corporate marketing team to oversee the design and publication of marketing materials for the implementation of HPB’s new strategy. [What we are looking for] An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of working experience. Candidates with experience in marketing, project management and government procurement processes will be considered favourably.
