Description
About the Role The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead REE Medical’s demand generation engine and own the daily lead volume that fuels our business. This role owns the performance side of marketing: paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, conversion rate optimization, lead lifecycle and nurturing through HubSpot, and the cost-per-consultation metrics that define marketing’s contribution to growth. You will own HubSpot strategy and roadmap, lead the build-out of lead-nurturing workflows that move prospects from first touch through consultation to conversion, manage external agency partners across paid, SEO, and influencer channels, partner with Sales on funnel performance, and lead the conversion rate recovery workstream that is one of the most important priorities of our 2026 plan. The ideal candidate is a builder and a data-driven operator: someone who has owned demand-generation pipelines, managed marketing automation, can hold high-quality agencies accountable for performance, and who is comfortable operating in a regulated, scrutinized category where ethics and rigor matter as much as creativity and performance. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management : Partner closely with REE Medical’s external agency on demand generation campaign performance and optimization: collaborative briefing, weekly performance reviews, joint test design, and continuous iteration to drive lead volume and quality, cost-per-consultation, and conversion outcomes. Lead Reporting : Own daily, weekly, and monthly lead-volume and lead-quality targets, conversion rates, and CPC goals that determine marketing’s return on investment. Lead Quality : Lead the conversion rate recovery workstream: diagnostic, remediation, and ongoing optimization across the marketing-to-sales funnel. Performance Marketing : Manage paid media agency performance across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms: budgets, targeting, creative testing, channel mix, and weekly performance cadence. SEO and AI Search Management: Manage SEO agency, strategy, and roadmap (content strategy, keyword priorities, competitive keyword gap closure, and AI search rankings across existing and emerging generative engines. Partner with internal web resources to ensure back-end SEO and AI search readiness. Influencer Management : Oversee influencer marketing campaign performance, partner vetting, creative briefing, measurement, and deliverables. Cross-Channel Management : Own landing page strategy, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle email, and funnel test design across paid and organic traffic sources. Referral Program Management : Own and grow REE Medical’s customer referral program, strategy, platform administration (Referral Rock), incentive structure, integrations with HubSpot and payment systems, and continuous optimization for participation and conversion rates. HubSpot Strategy : Own HubSpot strategy and roadmap for marketing end-to-end: journeys, platform architecture, lead scoring model, MQL/SQL definitions, lead routing, attribution plumbing, campaign architecture, and integration requirements with other systems. Performance Collaboration : Partner with the Marketing Analyst on channel deep-dives, experimentation design, and pipeline health diagnostics. Reporting : Develop and present weekly and monthly performance reporting for the CMO; contribute to board-level marketing updates. Insights & Planning: Contribute to annual planning, budget allocation, and the multi-year growth marketing roadmap; stay current on shifts and competitive activity that influence demand and channel performance. Leadership: Model rigorous, ethical, and data-driven marketing practice; mentor team members as the marketing organization grows. Requirements What you need to be successful: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered. 7+ years of growth marketing, perfo
