YOUR R OLE:   You will oversee and manage the financial health, governance, and operational efficiency of *SCAPE. You will lead financial management and reporting, ensuring compliance and risk management, and driving strategic resource allocation.    YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:   Strategic Financial Priorities    Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management, adhering to policies and regulations, addressing audit findings, and maintaining strong internal control frameworks to protect assets.   Drive operational efficiency and cost savings, recommending and implementing improvements in procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting processes, while incorporating best practices in finance.   Support strategic resource allocation and optimization, leading budget planning, exploring innovative funding strategies, and streamlining financial processes for greater efficiency.   Promote a culture of ethics and strong governance, ensuring transparent financial reporting, professional conduct, and effective stakeholder communication.    Financial Management and Analysis    Lead comprehensive financial, budget, and grant management, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient processing, and robust accounting systems, while overseeing the preparation of financial statements and government-required reports.   Monitor and analyse the organization’s financial health, providing accurate forecasts, managing cash flow, and delivering timely financial reports to support informed decision-making.   Collaborate on tenancy and rental strategies, focusing on arrears management and enhancing profitability and business sustainability.    Financial and Management Reporting    Lead the team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including budget, revenues, expenses, balance sheet, cash flow, grants, and reserves analysis, to support organizational performance.   Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports for internal alignment and Board reporting.    Team Management & Internal Collaboration    Support the Head of Department to coach and guide the team on developing interdisciplinary skills sets.     Provide training and resources to help employees effectively represent the *SCAPE brand and engage with external stakeholders.     Strategise the sharing of best practices, success stories, and other valuable information among internal teams and stakeholders.   Contribute to the development and implementation of *SCAPE's overall strategic plan and vision.    WHO YOU ARE:   At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Corporate Governance and/or Administration, preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience managing a team.   Proven experience in managing both internal and external audits, including audit coordination, remediation and compliance activities.   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity.   Familiarity with SAP B1 system will be an advantage.   Digitally savvy,&nbsp
