Senior Manager- Finance and Controlling
Your Mission
To lead and strengthen the Finance & Controlling function by ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust compliance, effective cost control, and continuous process improvement, while supporting business growth in a manufacturing environment.
How you will make a difference
• Drive timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting, ensuring transparency and reliability of financial data.
• Ensure end-to-end audit readiness and successful completion of statutory, internal, and external audits (including Big4 auditors).
• Strengthen direct and indirect tax compliance, assessments, and planning, minimizing risk and optimizing efficiency.
• Enhance internal controls and governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to IGAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
• Lead process improvements through AI and automation, improving productivity and efficiency within the Finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Controlling, and Company Secretary, to support strategic decision-making.
What you should be good at
• Strong expertise in financial accounting, general ledger management, and trial balance finalization
• In-depth knowledge of Indian GAAP (IGAAP), IFRS, and taxation (Direct & Indirect)
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO module)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• High level of compliance orientation and attention to detail
• Proven ability in team management (4–5 members) and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital initiatives
• Effective communication and coordination with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders
