(Senior) Manager – Enterprise Architecture (all genders)
For the establishment and further development of our Enterprise Architecture area in Austria, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality who drives Enterprise Architecture strategically, advises clients as an equal partner, and actively shapes digital transformation.

Annual salary: 100.500 – 135.000 € gross
The stated salary range refers to the intended starting salary. Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible.
What you can expect
Strategic consulting of clients as well as the design of enterprise and solution architectures along the IT strategy
Building and further developing Enterprise Architecture capabilities at clients as well as the use of modern technologies (e.g. cloud)
Responsibility for client projects including steering, quality assurance and economic success
Active further development of topics and solutions as well as identification of new business opportunities
Leadership, coaching, and further development of project teams
Ready for Detecon?
Master’s degree in a STEM discipline or in business administration/economics
Solid knowledge of architecture methods (e.g. TOGAF, SCRUM) as well as IT systems (ERP, IAM etc.) and Enterprise Architecture patterns
At least 5 years of consulting experience, extensive experience in project management as well as client steering and ideally project acquisition
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to structure complex challenges and develop convincing solutions
Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1) as well as willingness to travel within the DACH region
