What You'll Be Doing Employee Relations & Case Management Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, managing a caseload of grievances, complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues from intake through resolution. Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations; document findings and recommend appropriate corrective action. Advise and guide employees and managers on the interpretation and consistent application of company policies, procedures,  applicable employment law and with guidance from the employment legal team. Lead or contribute to organisation‑wide Employee Relations programmes and initiatives, including organisational change, redundancy and transformation activity involving multiple stakeholders. Manager Coaching & Guidance Coach people managers through performance management, progressive discipline, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and difficult conversations. Partner with People Partners and leadership to resolve complex, escalated, or high-sensitivity employee issues. Build manager capability through proactive guidance and training. Policy, Compliance & Risk Ensure compliance with applicable local employment laws and regulations; monitor legislative changes and update policies and practices accordingly.  Develop, review, and revise People policies and employee relations procedures. Partner with Legal and outside employment counsel on high-risk matters Manage terminations, offboarding, and reductions in force in a legally compliant, consistent, and respectful manner. Mediation & Conflict Resolution Facilitate mediation and conflict-resolution sessions between individuals or teams, working toward durable, fair outcomes. Identify and address interpersonal or cultural issues before they escalate. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track, analyze, and report on employee relations trends, metrics, and case outcomes; identify root causes and recommend proactive interventions.
