Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead detailed engineering and design execution for awarded Solar EPC (Ground Mount) projects. • Review and approve layouts, SLDs, detailed drawings, and BOM/BOQ. • Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams for seamless execution. • Manage technical discussions, approvals, and design deliverables with clients and consultants. • Optimize designs for cost, constructability, performance, and compliance. • Review vendor drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications. • Ensure timely engineering deliverables, design revisions, and documentation control. • Mentor the design team and drive engineering excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement.
