Senior Manager - Data & AI - Strategy
Our client, a leading global insurer, is seeking a Senior Manager (Data & AI) to lead the refresh of their enterprise Data & AI strategy. This role will focus on reviewing and evolving the current strategy, while strengthening the organisation’s data governance and assurance framework.
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
• Have a proven track record of leading Data & AI strategy within a large insurance organisation
• Bring a consulting background or mindset
• Have strong strategy-led experience (as opposed to pure delivery)
• Possess broad expertise across Data and AI capabilities
• Demonstrate clear leadership potential and stakeholder influence
This is a permanent position paying between £120 - £145k plus bonus with flexible working (1-2 days in the office).
