This role focuses on embedding automation, artificial intelligence, and data‑driven workflows into content ecosystems to improve speed to market, consistency, and personalization at scale.Working within a product‑centric operating model, this role partners closely with marketing, public affairs and communications services, and digital product teams to modernize content supply chains. The Senior Manager will translate business needs into automated content solutions that reduce manual effort, streamline production, and enhance the impact and reach of Coca‑Colas brands and communications.This role requires a strong combination of digital product thinking, content strategy expertise, and technical fluency to leverage emerging technologies such as generative artificial intelligence, workflow automation tools, and content platforms. Success in this role will directly contribute to enterprise priorities by increasing operational efficiency, improving content performance, and enabling data‑driven engagement strategies across markets and channels.What You Will Do For UsDesign and implement content automation strategies that align with enterprise digital transformation priorities and enable scalable, efficient content production Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to reimagine content workflows using automation, artificial intelligence, and modern content platforms Lead the development of automated content pipelines, including content generation, versioning, localization, and distribution processes Integrate generative artificial intelligence tools to accelerate content creation while ensuring brand consistency, governance, and quality standards Define and track performance metrics to measure the impact of automated content on engagement, speed, cost efficiency, and business outcomes Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure content automation solutions align with enterprise architecture, data standards, and governance Enable personalization at scale by leveraging data and automation to deliver relevant, targeted content experiences across channels Drive adoption of content automation tools and practices through training, change management, and capability building initiatives Identify opportunities to optimize content operations by reducing redundancies and improving end‑to‑end content lifecycle efficiency Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously evolve content automation capabilities and practices Requirements And QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field 5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, content operations, or digital product roles with a focus on automation and scalability Demonstrated experience implementing content automation solutions or managing content supply chains in a digital environment Strong understanding of content management systems, digital asset management platforms, and workflow automation tools Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, including generative AI, to enhance content creation and optimization Proven ability to design and improve processes that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance content quality and consistency Strong data literacy, with the ability to define performance metrics and use analytics to inform decisions and optimize outcomes Experience working in agile or product‑centric environments with cross‑functional collaboration across business and technology teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive adoption of new ways of working Ability to balance innovation with governance, ensuring compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements Continuous learning mindset and passion for digital innovation, automation, and evolving content ecosystems The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
