You will shape engagements, manage delivery teams, and strengthen senior client relationships while contributing to the growth of our Operational Risk Management practice and market presence.   Industry / Practice Focus You will work closely with our Operational Risk Management practice, bringing global best practices into the Japan market. The role offers exposure to senior executives across oil & gas, chemicals, mining & metals, consumer products, power & utilities, and private equity.   Your Impact You will lead consulting teams, deliver high‑quality work across multiple workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior clients. You will support account growth, contribute to thought leadership, and help enhance methodologies and best practices across the region.   Key Accountabilities Lead delivery of operational risk and performance engagements; Build and deepen senior client relationships; Bring global ORM methodologies and insights to Japan; Support proposals, account development, and market positioning; Contribute to industry networks and capability development; Strengthen regional and global collaboration; Maintain delivery quality, client satisfaction, and chargeability.   What You’ll Experience at dss+ Deliver meaningful impact, gain early autonomy, work in a collaborative and inclusive culture, and accelerate your development through hands‑on experience and international opportunities.
