Are you an experienced Clinical Data Management leader with a passion for operational excellence and developing high-performing teams? We are seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management (Operations) to lead our Clinical Data Management function, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-focused data management services across multiple global clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop Clinical Data Management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee operational delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage resource planning, utilization, performance, and departmental operations.
• Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a senior escalation point when required.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth and career development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project and organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Health, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Clinical Data Management within the biopharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• At least 5 years of leadership or people management experience .
• Strong knowledge of Clinical Data Management processes, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational teams, driving process improvements, and delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
