YOUR MISSION You will be part of the Global Technology Operations team and responsible for SAP Basis Operations for all PUMA SAP systems, including our global SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscape. You will work together with a team of Basis experts and in close partnership with the teams within the Global SAP S/4 Solution Architecture & Technology organization. In this role, you will follow and enforce standards, drive the SAP system roadmap, and ensure that PUMA’s global SAP systems remain reliable, secure, and scalable. Together with your team and supported by external partners, you will ensure 24/7 monitoring and operations of PUMA’s global SAP landscape. YOUR TALENT • Proven member of international SAP Basis teams, thriving in fast-paced, global environments • Deep expertise in SAP Basis with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC landscapes • Hands-on expert with active contribution to technical operations and innovation • Driven to ensure stable, scalable, and high-performing SAP platforms supporting global business operations • Strong collaborator across regions, functions, and external partners, enabling seamless global delivery • Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement • Inspires colleagues through clear communication, trust, and a “BE TOGETHER” team spirit • Passionate about technology and constantly exploring new SAP capabilities and trends • Business-fluent English and strong intercultural communication skills.
