At LPR, we operate at the heart of the circular economy, providing sustainable pallet pooling solutions that help reduce waste, optimize resources, and support responsible supply chains across Europe. Sustainability is a core foundation of our business model, and legal plays a key role in supporting responsible, compliant, and efficient growth. We are looking for a Legal Counsel who will play a key role in supporting LPR’s operations while contributing to Group‑level coordination within EPG. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, strengthening day‑to‑day legal practices, and ensuring solid governance as the company continues to grow across Europe. You will work primarily for LPR, acting as a trusted legal advisor to operational teams, while being part of our Group Legal team based in the Netherlands. Your Mission As European Legal Counsel, you will lead LPR’s legal framework across our European markets, serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team and securing our competitive edge in reusable logistics Your responsibilities will include: • Acting as a business partner for operational, commercial, and support teams at LPR. • Strengthening contract management, especially with subcontractors and service providers. • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements to ensure clarity, compliance, and risk mitigation. • Identifying and preventing legal risks, providing pragmatic advice that supports business objectives. • Contributing to governance and compliance, ensuring that legal processes are followed and documented. • Working with the Group Legal Team (EPG) to align practices, share insights, and support cross‑division consistency. • Initiate legal project at Group level • Embedding sustainability and circular‑economy principles into legal frameworks, contracts, and risk assessments where relevant.
