Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken), with the ability to negotiate and draft contracts confidently in both languages.
Strong understanding of German corporate law and the ability to work effectively in a German legal context.
Experience working in an international, multi-entity environment and coordinating with external counsel across jurisdictions.
A highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working.
Strong ownership mentality and the ability to manage topics independently from start to finish.
