Are you an experienced Kotlin developer looking to work on impactful, user-centred digital solutions? Join a leading digital consultancy delivering innovative projects across the public sector, helping transform through cutting-edge technology, data and design. As a Senior Full Stack Kotlin Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, building and delivering secure, scalable solutions within multidisciplinary Agile teams. You'll lead by example, providing technical expertise, mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practice across complex digital projects. What You'll Be Doing • Leading the development of high-quality, user-focused software solutions • Building robust back-end services using Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture • Working closely with product, delivery, design and data specialists to solve complex challenges • Owning CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and cloud-native solutions • Mentoring and supporting the growth of fellow engineers • Communicating technical solutions clearly to stakeholders and clients What We're Looking For • Strong commercial experience with Kotlin, Java and JVM technologies • Expertise with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices • Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD tooling • Exposure to Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, or Nunjucks • Passion for engineering excellence and collaborative delivery • Consultancy or Central Government experience.
