Belgium We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a business analyst who enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology while driving innovation, process improvement, and solution delivery. Working alongside Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams, you will play a key role in shaping business solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and testing. Your Responsibilities • Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements. • Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into functional requirements. • Analyze and design business processes to improve efficiency and deliver business value. • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases. • Support solution design by ensuring business requirements are clearly understood by development teams. • Contribute to test preparation by translating requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria. • Maintain requirements traceability and perform impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle. • Participate in design reviews, quality assurance activities, and validation of deliverables. • Drive the business analysis methodology across project phases while ensuring alignment with project objectives. • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Your Profile Experience • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role. • Experience working in complex IT projects and multidisciplinary environments. Technical Skills • Strong experience with requirements management. • Knowledge of conceptual modelling techniques and methodologies. • Good understanding of software development and testing practices. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Good knowledge of AI capabilities. • Experience with Agentic AI is considered an asset. Business Knowledge • Good understanding of workflow and business process management. • Knowledge of banking processes is highly desirable.
