Role Overview The Senior Insights Executive will play a pivotal role in the new hub, reporting into a Research Manager based in Gurgaon and with additional training and support from the UK office. What you'll be doing Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard. You will write and refine questionnaires, with input from senior team members, ensuring alignment with research objectives. You will be responsible for conducting analysis, including reviewing data tables, coding open-end responses and supporting development of table specifications, ensuring outputs are accurate and robust. You will contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including drafting report templates in PowerPoint and supporting the development of final reports. You will work closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise. You will provide regular updates to your manager on project progress and will begin to contribute to internal discussions on findings and implications. You will also support on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate. What you'll need 3-4 years of experience in market research (ideally healthcare but can be other market research sectors) Strong project management skills demonstrating the ability to multi-task Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Attention to detail High level of proficiency with Excel or SPSS Ideal candidate should be You are proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude and approach You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strengths in organisation and prioritisation You are a collaborative team player who works well with colleagues You communicate ideas and issues in an effective, straightforward fashion You are highly motivated and want to seize opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career Artificial Intelligence Inizio may use AI technologies to support certain aspects of our recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by our human recruiting team.
