In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and quality of work.  What will you be doing?  Lead end‑to‑end customer engagements, from presales and design through delivery and handover  Design secure, resilient on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure solutions aligned to customer and operational requirements  Deliver and support infrastructure platforms covering virtualisation, networking, core services, and Microsoft technologies  Architect and implement high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions across complex environments  Lead or support infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, and modernisation initiatives  Provide technical leadership, governance, and risk management across all stages of delivery  Produce high‑quality technical documentation and act as a trusted advisor to technical and non‑technical stakeholders    Why should you apply?  At Phoenix, our ambition is to be the UK's leading IT solutions and managed service provider - and we know that only happens because of our people.
