We are seeking a motivated and meticulous individual, with extensive experience conducting in vivo studies in an industry setting, in accordance with Animal Use Protocols (AUPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to join our team. You will contribute to the discovery of therapeutic antibodies and subsequent efficacy assessments, and through teamwork, innovation, and mutual support, together we will tackle the most challenging scientific problems.

Contributing hands-on expertise during day-of-study activities, supporting efficient and high-quality study execution
Ensuring accurate and complete recording of in vivo study data, maintaining strong documentation and data integrity practices
Working closely with study managers and research teams to ensure alignment with study protocols and animal welfare considerations
Sharing technical knowledge and best practices with team members, ensuring strong adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Troubleshooting technical challenges in real time, identifying opportunities to improve procedures and workflow efficiency
Carrying out daily health assessments and clinical observations, ensuring high standards of animal welfare and accurate documentation
Preparing and maintaining laboratory spaces, equipment, and consumables required for in vivo and ex vivo work
We'd love to hear from you if:
You provide the highest level of animal care while overseeing and performing in vivo activities
You have strong expertise in animal handling, dosing (IV, IP, SC, PO), blood collection, and anesthesia, and have a strong understanding of the 3Rs and research ethics
You have 6+ years of experience in an in vivo research environment, with a minimum of 3 years in an industry setting, including in vitro, in vivo, and ex vivo techniques; an Animal health diploma (or equivalent) is considered an asset
Managing competing priorities comes with ease for you, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment
You take pride in being a self-motivated person, fast learner, team player, and creative problem solver
You have excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, and are known for your accountability and reliability
You are able to lift up to 25 kg, and are comfortable with long periods of standing and bending throughout your day
You are able to work at least one weekend day per week
