(Find out more insights about Hack The Box culture in our career site). ✨The core mission of the Senior Content Engineer: Hack the Box is looking for a Senior Content Engineer with a main focus on ICS and SCADA skills to join our Hack the Box Content team and assist with the testing, development, review, and ongoing maintenance of our Labs offerings. Please, have in mind that for this kind of position, we usually give some priority to individuals that have submitted content in the past or can showcase some related work(offensive or defensive content) they've engineered. If you have created content, make sure to share with us some details along with your application. ⚔️ Technology tools & weapons you’ll be using: Python, ICS, Scada, OT protocols, AI technologies 🚀 The adventures that await you after becoming Senior Content Engineer at Hack The Box: Develop high quality content for various Hack the Box platforms Conduct testing and maintenance of labs, challenges, machines Take business goals into account when creating content and making technical decisions Work closely with the greater Content Development team, Infrastructure team, and other stakeholders on a daily basis to tackle complex tasks Continuous training and research to remain on top of current vulnerabilities, exploits, tools, tactics, and procedures Automating workflows for effective content production and testing 🏆 Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of the Senior Content Engineer at Hack The Box: Native or bilingual proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) Experience in ICS and SCADA security and simulations Experience with OT protocols, network topologies, and historical critical attacks Working knowledge of scripting languages, especially Python Knowledge in AI technologies Highly organized, motivated, with a strong passion for information security Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new skills Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, working both independently and remotely Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bonus points: Prior penetration testing experience on OT environments is a huge plus Experience in web application and/or network penetration testing Prior experience creating vulnerable ICS CTF challenges and/or machines “Elite Hacker” or higher rank on Hack the Box Capture the Flag (CTF) experience BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Knowledge of Cloud technologies Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware Workstation, ESXi, vCenter) System administration experience (Windows, Linux, etc.) What your Hack The Box adventure will have in store:  🎯You'll have the exhilarating opportunity to contribute to a product that is highly appreciated by users and the cybersecurity community at large 🎯 You'll experience a highly supportive and caring environment, fostering growth, flexibility, and autonomy 🎯 You'll embark on an exciting journey of continuous learning and problem-solving, leveling up as our organization grows 🎯 Most importantly, you'll have a blast at HTB 🥳 because fun is an essential ingredient in our recipe for success!
