We are actively hiring a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a key HR leader across multiple Flourish Research locations in California and Denver, CO.  This position is based onsite at our Valkyrie Clinical Trials site in Century City, Los Angeles. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary HR business partner for site leadership and employees across multiple clinical research locations Offer strategic and hands-on support to site leadership and employees with a heavy focus on employee relations, compliance, policy advisement, workforce planning, and organizational support Partner with site and regional leadership to identify workforce needs and implement strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals Ensures alignment with Flourish Research’s policies, values, and operational goals Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement, compensation, leaves of absence, and offboarding Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and team development Conduct investigations and support resolution of employee relations issues in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong emphasis on California labor law Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and HR leadership to support recruiting, retention, and talent development initiatives Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture aligned with Flourish Research values Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decisions and recommend process improvements Lead organizational initiatives, change management efforts, and HR projects across the network Maintain consistent communication with leadership, employees, and corporate HR teams Additional duties as assigned by management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site  healthcare environment, with a minimum of 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
