We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.    As the Senior HR Technology Product Manager, you will serve as the strategic technology partner for Stand Together’s broader people technology landscape — bringing structure, clarity, and forward momentum to how we leverage our HRIS (UKG) and supporting systems across the full Talent function, including recruiting, learning, performance, reporting, and related people systems.    Success in this role is rooted in partnership — working alongside HR Leadership and IT to shape platform strategy, improve system health, and ensure HR technology decisions are made with intention and architectural rigor. You will bring enterprise application expertise and principled product thinking to a domain that is partially built and ready for focused leadership.    This role sits at the intersection of People, Enterprise Applications, and Data — translating HR priorities into clear system strategies, governance frameworks, and execution plans that reduce friction and enable the People function to scale.
