Role Objective
To maintain 100% team productivity by eliminating all external stressors. You are responsible for the physical and logistical ecosystem of our employees and their families, ensuring that "Quality of Life" translates directly into "Peak Performance."
Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration
End-to-end HR operations focused on Brazil, ensuring full compliance with Brazilian legislation (HR documentation, payroll, benefits administration), with additional HR Operations support for other countries as required.
Vendor management (payroll, immigration, insurance broker)
Liaising with vendors, suppliers and service providers for ongoing purchases
Global HR projects and processes support ( T&D, HR brand, KPIs, Performance management etc.)
HR records keeping (taking signatures, documents filing, labor books etc.)
On-site employees support/onboarding/off-boarding (paperwork, entrance cards, insurance etc.)
Office and travel administration (upon request)
Qualifications and Experience:
Technical & Professional
5-6 year of relevant HR experience
Proven track record in managing external payroll providers and complex HR reporting
Excellent Serbian labor law knowledge, other jurisdictions experience will be a great advantage
Ability to develop and refine HR policies that balance legal requirements with a high-performance culture
Positive and constructive attitude
Analytical mindset
Accurate and pedantic
Ability to multitasking
Strong spoken and written English, Spanish and Portuguese - must have
Nice to have
Prior experience working as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), demonstrating the ability to support business leaders with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
