Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new Senior HR Advisor who will provide high-quality, commercially focussed HR support across the organisation. What will you be doing? Act as the lead advisor on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, timely, and legally compliant outcomes Provide expert, commercially focused HR advice to managers across the full employee lifecycle Lead the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with legislation and best practice Coach, challenge, and upskill managers through guidance, training sessions, and ER support Represent HR in investigations, hearings, and formal meetings, producing clear, high‑quality documentation Support and contribute to wider HR initiatives, including engagement, change, restructures, and organisational development Partner with the wider People team to deliver consistent, high‑quality HR operations and a positive workplace culture Why should you apply?
