You will work directly with customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, document service activity, and help keep customer operations moving. This is not an entry-level technician role. This position is designed for someone who can take ownership of service calls, troubleshoot independently, communicate clearly, and represent WMH professionally in the field. You may also help support or mentor less experienced technicians when needed.
