We are seeking an experienced Hardware Consultant to lead the architecture, development, and verification of FPGA solutions for advanced 4G and 5G radio products. This role will play a key part in the design and implementation of FPGA IP, signal processing functions, and high-speed communications interfaces used within Radio Units and O-RAN-based wireless infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across the full development lifecycle, contributing to system architecture, FPGA design methodologies, verification strategies, and product roadmap decisions while mentoring other team members and driving technical excellence across the organization.
