Duties • Provide professional hair services, including cutting, colouring and styling to meet client needs. • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client enquiries. • Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing concerns promptly. • Mentor junior staff members, offering guidance on techniques and best practice in hair care. • Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue. • Meet targets for rewarding commissions. • Maintain a clean and organised work environment , ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised. • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Hair Colour Specialist , Curly Hair Specialist , or in a similar role within a salon environment. • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner . • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and team members. • Strong upselling skills to promote products and services effectively.
