As a   Function Cost & Group Controller   within the Group Controlling team at   Zühlke ,   you will act as a trusted business partner to our Global Function Heads while also helping shape how   Zühlke   steers capacity, commercial performance, and profitable growth. Combining cost controlling with forward-looking business steering, you will provide actionable insights that support better decision-making across functions, practices, market units, and regions . How you’ll spend your time • Own monthly cost controlling for Global Functions , including variance analysis, trend insights, and management-ready reporting. • Act as a business partner to Global Function Heads , supporting financial performance reviews, planning   and   forecasting. • Drive transparency on capacity, utilisation, and bench development   across Practices   and Industries . • Analyze   bench exposure, bench cost, and lost revenue potential , translating findings into actionable recommendations. • Connect sales pipeline, delivery capacity, and workforce planning   to support forward-looking business steering and revenue forecasting. • Provide insights into commercial performance , including pricing development, rate realization, and key revenue drivers. • Contribute to Group Controlling excellence   through KPI development, management reporting, process automation, and AI-enabled analytics . What’s   important   to   us • Bachelor’s or   master’s degree   in Business Administration , Finance, Economics, Controlling, or a related field. • Professional experience   in Controlling   or   FP&A, ideally within an international or professional services environment. • Strong analytical skills   with the ability to structure complex topics, identify key drivers, and translate numbers into clear business messages • Good understanding of cost controlling, planning, forecasting, and monthly closing processes • Confident stakeholder management   with the ability to communicate clearly and constructively with senior function leaders • Affinity for digitalization and AI   including curiosity to use modern tools to improve financial analysis and reporting • Excellent analytical skills and assertive communication abilities in English (German proficiency is a plus) What   we   offer • Work life blend:   we offer a safe & healthy workplace, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home • Profit share scheme:   In addition to your annual salary, you may receive a profit share defined by the company’s success in the previous year • Global and Diverse   Zühlke   community:   witness how colleagues from all our 16 offices across the globe come together to create a unique, positive and inclusive work culture, learning from one another at annual team camps, and celebrating year-end parties and other local festivities. • Committed to development:   we are committed to the growth of our people and are investing in your development.
