The role has a functional reporting line to the Group Accounting team at Headquarters in Zurich: • Support technical accounting activities by preparing IFRS analyses, accounting memos, and maintaining the Group Accounting Manual. • Review consolidated reporting packages, monitor monthly closing activities, analyze variances, and ensure audit-ready documentation. • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including IFRS 18 implementation, Tagetik enhancements, and Chart of Accounts projects. • Collaborate with local finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders, providing technical accounting guidance and supporting knowledge sharing. • Identify accounting risks and improvement opportunities, escalating complex matters to Group Accounting leadership when required. • Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field, and qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). • At least 4–5 years of experience in a Big Four audit firm with a focus on IFRS and Group audits; experience in Group Accounting is a plus. • Solid knowledge of consolidated financial statements, Group consolidation processes, and international multi-entity environments. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess accounting issues, identify risks, and propose practical solutions. • Experience with finance transformation initiatives (e.g., IFRS 18, systems implementation, Chart of Accounts redesign) and consolidation tools such as Tagetik is an advantage. • Fluent English, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams. • Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity • Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company • Personal development opportunities through the own Inova Academy • Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines • Excellent employment conditions • Attractive working place (central, good transport links) • Modern infrastructure Compensation Basic wage component (gross): 77000 EUR/year This amount is our minimal offered salary.
