We are looking for an experienced Senior Global People Partner who can partner with senior leaders and help build the organizational capabilities needed for the future. This is an opportunity for an experienced People Partner who combines strong people expertise with a genuine understanding of business and enjoys translating business strategy into organizational capability and people initiatives. You will become part of our Global People & Culture team and work closely with members of our Executive Leadership Team, senior leaders across our global organization, and local People & Culture colleagues. Key Responsibilities Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, acting as a strategic advisor on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and people-related business decisions. Drive and continuously strengthen global people processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives that support business priorities. Advise leaders on reward-related topics including job architecture, salary reviews, career frameworks, and organizational structures. Lead and facilitate organizational development projects across functions and geographies. Support leaders in managing complex employee relations cases while balancing business needs with our company values. Ensure our global People & Culture initiatives are successfully translated into practical solutions that create value locally. What You Bring We are looking for a strong Global People Partner who combines solid HR expertise with business understanding. You will likely have: Extensive experience as a People Partner in an international organization, where structured Global People processes are an integrated part of how the business Operates. Proven experience working with structured HR disciplines such as performance management, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational development. Strong Experience working with compensation, salary review processes, job architecture, or global reward frameworks. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into effective people practices and organizational solutions. Experience in coaching and influencing senior leaders and leadership teams. A structured, analytical approach and confidence using people data to support decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
