Our Integrated Assemblies division leads in automotive innovation, specialising in premium module assembly and cockpit module integration. We collaborate with customers to deliver cutting-edge solutions supporting electrification. Join us to work with advanced technology and shape the future of automotive innovation.
What you'll do
• Drive innovation and digitalization projects across manufacturing processes, from concept to standardization (incl. concepts, cost/benefit analysis, standard applications)
• Define, drive and follow up innovation & digitalization KPIs
• Lead E-Check expertise: innovation,technical evolution, testing standards, and innovation into new E-Check technologies
• Management of strategic projects with cross-functional and international teams
• Cooperation and support with Engineering departments of regions/plants, and locally-driven projects
• Support program and sales teams on innovation-related topics (acquisitions, greenfield)
• Contribute to / lead other advanced manufacturing or automation /innovation projects
• Set up and drive the Innovation Center in China, in coordination with region
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the global innovation strategy

What we are looking for
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in innovation project management in automotive, logistics manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation, digitalization and planning tools software
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communicator, capable of translatin technical topics into clear insights for all stakeholders
• Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional and multicultural environments
