This is a hands‑on, site‑based role, suited to an experienced engineer with a strong design background who is comfortable overseeing and challenging works during construction. The Role You will be working on a live road scheme with responsibility for construction‑stage engineering oversight, with particular focus on: • Earthworks supervision, including bulk earthworks and cut & fill • Bridge and foundation works • Oversight of construction activities to ensure compliance with design intent and specifications • Liaison with contractors and the wider project team • Providing engineering judgement and technical input on site Please note: This is not a ground investigation (GI) role. The emphasis is firmly on construction‑stage earthworks and delivery, rather than logging or GI execution.
