Description
We are looking for an experienced General Practice Senior to join our friendly and professional team at our St Ives office. About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering a range of General Practice services, including accounts preparation and tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients such as sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare accounts and provide tax compliance services for various business clients. • Demonstrate a solid understanding of UK GAAP and disclosure requirements for small and medium-sized companies. • Use cloud-based accounting software effectively. • Communicate clearly within the team and independently, with strong attention to detail. • Work under pressure while remaining self-motivated and driven. • Ideally, mentor and coach trainee team members. • Liaise confidently with clients regarding their financial and business procedures when required. About You: • AAT qualified and/or part-qualified (ACA/ACCA) and nearing full qualification, with at least 3 years of General Practice experience. • Non-qualified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in accounting and tax. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility available as long as core hours are covered). Salary & Benefits: Competitive market rates based on experience and knowledge.
