OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that supports Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology. Responsibilities and Duties OCT currently has an opening for a Senior General or Operations Manager to work with our federal client. Day to day responsibilities include: Provide leadership in defining program specifications. Meet project schedule and performance objectives. Implement operational mission requirements. Conduct requirements and information analysis, as well as cost-benefit analysis. Assist clients in achieving all stated objectives. Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables. Coordinate work efforts across multiple projects to achieve common program objectives. Ensure timely problem resolution and total customer satisfaction. Report to Senior leadership as needed. Manage and oversee junior consultants.
