You play a key role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards while collaborating closely with analysts, developers, and fellow testers across teams. n n Your Role n As a Senior Functional Tester, you are responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and overall quality of new and existing features within Miles. n You will: n n • n Design, document and execute functional test scenarios and test cases n n • n Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into structured test approaches n n • n Detect, document and follow up on defects in close collaboration with development teams n n • n Contribute to test automation initiatives and help improve automation frameworks n n • n Support integration, regression, and performance testing activities n n • n Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases n n • n Safeguard QA standards, best practices and contribute to continuous improvement n n • n Take ownership of testing initiatives within your domain n n n As you grow further in this role, you will: n n • n Lead testing efforts across projects or domains n n • n Define and improve quality standards and testing strategies n n • n Mentor junior testers and share best practices n n • n Strengthen automation and performance testing capabilities within the team n n n n Your Interests and Skills n Quality is your passion.
